S Buckinghams, sbuckinghams.co.uk and sbuckinghams.com are trading names of S Buckinghams Retail and is officially registered at the PO Box 627, Cambridge, CB1 0HB.
By placing an order at sbuckinghams.co.uk / sbuckinghams.com, you automatically agree with our general conditions, mentioned below.
2. Returns Policy
4.1) All your purchases at sbuckinghams.co.uk / sbuckinghams.com have an approval period of 30 days. You may return the product within this period without a reason. The product you want to return must not be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packing.
4.2) Please DO NOT send the product to our PO Box or in any case without contacting our sales team at info@sbuckinghams.com. The customer bears the shipping risk and cost.
4.3) Soon as we receive the returned product, we will transfer the amount excluding the shipping costs within 14 days.
4.4) We DO NOT accept any responsibility for returned products damaged or lost during the shipment.
4.5) If the condition of the returned product is not the same as the condition we delivered it in, we have the right to return only a part of the price of the product or nothing. S Buckinghams will inform you accordingly.
3. Guarantee
6.1) Customer satisfaction is our goal at S Buckinghams. In the event that any product does not meet your expectations, you may return it (within 14 days) for credit or exchange, subjected to item availability.
4. Privacy Policy & Security
Your privacy on the internet is important to us at S Buckinghams. Your personal information will only be used during the normal order process and will not be passed on to others.
For your own safety credit card-information will not be saved at our server. Transactions will be executed by Paypal (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo), Verified by Visa, Secure Mastercard or by your own bank account (transferring).
5. Prices
Our prices are quoted in British Sterling Pounds ( £) and include 17.5% V.A.T.
6. Payment Conditions
9.1) During the purchase process you have the choice to pay in advance (by banktransfer) or to pay by creditcard.
9.2) ) On the day the payment is received your order will be shipped. Normally the goods arrive within 1-3 days. If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed accordingly.
9.3) If, in any case, we decide to deliver the customer the goods without a received payment ( we will send the invoice after delivery), we will forward unpaid bills to our collection agency.
