Returns Policy

We offer money back guarantee on all products. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, however in an unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 7 working days of recieving them item. Please note that 7 working days start from the date of delivery. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Please note: the 7 working days start from the day after you receive your goods.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery via our contact us page, late returns will not be considered. Goods should be received by S Buckinghams within 7 days of notification of intent to return i.e. no later than 14 days after delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order - it is recommended that you return your goods using Recorded Delivery. Next Day and other express delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled as per the terms below. International shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that delivery charges will be deduced from the refunded amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
