Free UK Delivery in 2-3 Working Days
Average delivery time in UK is 2-3 working days. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for shipping. All quoted prices on our website include UK shipping costs. In order to ensure that our overseas customers get their items quickly, we ship via priority airmail, therefore a small shipping charge will be applied to US, Canada, Australia and other overseas orders. Please note that some larger items can not be shipped overseas.
If the ordered item is not in stock, we will e-mail you to inform you of the delay timescale. In such an event you can request a full refund or exchage for another item. We notify customers of any delays due to the occurrence of events like postage strikes or natural disasters.
In a very unlikely event of an item not being received within 14 working days, contact us and we will investigate the issue promptly.

We offer money back guarantee on all products. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, however in an unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving them item. Please note that 7 working days start from the date of delivery. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods. We will credit your card with the net refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed unless (a) The goods are packed in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition (b) The goods are accompanied by our returns email which must be placed with the good.
Christmas Exchanges & Returns
Over Christmas we extend our returns policy as we understand that many items are being given as gifts and customers may start their shopping early and want more time to exchange or refund if gifts are unsuitable.
We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2015. Purchases made between 01 December 2015 – 24 December 2015 (inclusive) can be returned up until 07 January 2016 for in-store credit. Our other refund terms and conditions still apply.
